HeatQuote collects basic product analytics, demo-request form data, and any information you submit through the app. We use that data to operate the product, understand adoption, and respond to sales or support requests.

Analytics cookies are optional and controlled through the cookie banner. If you decline them, HeatQuote does not load the analytics script in the browser.

Demo-request submissions are sent to the HeatQuote backend endpoint and may include name, shop name, email, message, and any UTM attribution stored from your visit.

HeatQuote does not sell personal data. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, email hello@heatquote.app.
